If the property is mortgaged, a permission letter from the mortgage lender is required. If it is a Waqf property, the data of the Waqf supervisor or a delegation from him to the agent is required.
- Filling out the Contract Data: Lessor's data, Lessee's data, Property data, Financial data.
- Payment of Contract Fees: Contract fees for the company, Rental system fees.
125 SAR is the Ministry of Housing fee for an annual residential contract.
The Ministry of Housing fee for a commercial contract is 200 SAR for the first year and 400 SAR for each additional year.
